Extreme modification of the current generation of the 911 coupe from Zuffenhausen engineers intend to show early next year. Sports car with a slightly uprated engine should make its debut at the Geneva show, after which Porsche will start accepting orders.

Contrary to expectations, the new Porsche 911 GT3 is equipped with a slightly modernized version of the old 3.8-liter engine, and not a modification of chetyrehlitrovuyu "oppozitnik" sets now on the 911 GT3 RS 4.0. Engine power will rise slightly - it will be about 450 horsepower, which can count on the "stick out" of 4 seconds per exercise "to disperse hundreds."

According to the British portal Autocar, the aforesaid engine will be aggregated only with a proprietary "robot" PDK: manual gearbox the new 911 GT3 do not get it. Using the PDK is increased weight sports car, but thanks to new materials in the body panels engineers hope to lose about 40 kg compared to its predecessor. In addition, the salon will receive a Spartan finish and traditionally deprived of rear seats.

No less traditionally GT3 can be distinguished from the Carrera over developed aerodynamic body kit. Photospies already keep track of new product on the test tracks, argue that the coupe will get a new front bumper, flared wheel arches and an imposing hospital wing.

Geneva 911 GT3 will anticipate the premiere show of the Paris-wheel-drive Carrera 4 and Carrera 4S, and in 2015 in Zuffenhausen and intend to build a new Porsche 911 GT3 RS. He tipped the engine with about 480 horsepower.
