McLaren presented its new exclusive car

McLaren company is not going to stop there. A couple of months ago for the first time showing a stock car model P1 (but sold out already, by the way, more than half the party), the British think about his successor. The successor will be born no later than 10 years.

"The car will have to delay the status of the best sports car in the world as long as until his successor" - these words are contained in the terms of reference for the development of McLaren P1 (see photo). It was released back in 2009, according to the publication Autocar. However, according to director of McLaren Marketing Greg Levine, the actual cycle of such models should be small. In the unlikely event the manufacturer will not provide adequate exclusivity.

Thus, the McLaren has no plans to produce a P1 for 10 years. Most likely, when all copies of the current super car will be sold (this is, most likely, will leave a few months), the British will take a break in order to return to this sector of the market in a few years. However, the break between the legendary McLaren F1 and P1 today was even longer: the production of the first McLaren supercar brand ended in 1998.

The rate of sales McLaren P1 is limited, it seems, only the manufacturer's abilities fit each specific instance of a buyer. According to Autocar, three-quarters of the super cars that already have their own home, have some or other improvements - from unique exterior colors to the upgraded interior. Marked and booking two cases P1 once a buyer.
